With 29 years as a Texas REALTOR® and a lifetime rooted along the Texas coast, Shirley has built her career on expertise, integrity, and long-term client relationships.
Originally from Corpus Christi and a proud Aransas Pass resident since 1995, Shirley has specialized in waterfront property sales since 1997, developing an exceptional understanding of canal systems, shoreline values, coastal market cycles, and generational investment strategy.
Her leadership journey began long before real estate. Shirley holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She spent 35 years in healthcare finance, retiring from Spohn Hospital with a distinguished executive career that shaped her analytical precision and strategic financial acumen.
In 1997, Shirley co-founded Texas Coast Property (formerly Coldwell Banker Myers-Gallagher Real Estate) and co-owned Aransas Property Management, helping guide real estate operations along the coast for more than two decades. Following Hurricane Harvey in 2017, she stepped away from brokerage ownership and management, choosing instead to focus exclusively on client representation and high-level sales performance.
Today, Shirley continues with Dream Team, REALTORS® bringing wisdom, stability, and seasoned negotiation to every transaction.
